Kawasaki KLX300R Radiator Guards

Radiator guards are a must!  Have you ever priced out a new radiator?!  Count on spending hundreds of dollars for a new one from Kawasaki.  Tip overs, crashes, errant sticks and branches along the trail - all are easy ways an unprotected radiator can be bent,  damaged or start to leak - ending your ride very quickly!

These radiator guards are Made in the USA from high-grade aluminum alloy and come with stainless-steel hardware.  The guards act like a strong cage, surrounding each radiator - in all vulnerable areas - the front and of course both sides.  In addition, a total of 6 rugged solid aluminum support rods are used in strategic areas to provide strong bracing and reinforcement of the structure protecting the radiators.

Printed instructions are provided along with all required hardware.  Of note, a deep ridge along the sides of each lateral brace give it added strength to resist impact and bending.  These braces protect the entire outside edge of each radiator, shielding it from damage all along its most vulnerable surface.  No modifications to the radiator or plastic shrouds are necessary - installation of this kit is straightforward.  Please note though, that the front face of these guards also acts as a replacement for the stock plastic air deflector, which will not be reused.

This product fits all 2020+ and newer Kawasaki KLX300R off-road motorcycles.

Note - These guards will not fit the KLX300 Dual Sport or KLX300 SuperMoto street legal models that come with factory installed headlights, taillights, turn signals etc.  These guards will only fit the 2020+ and newer KLX300R off-road use only, dirt bike.
