Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new, not used, with tags, unopened, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at scott@motoconnectionvt.com. If your return is accepted, we will let you know where and how to ship the products back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.
Returns may be subject to a 18% restocking fee, which covers our inspection of the products plus the refurbishing and repackaging as necessary, transport after inspection to our warehouse location, of all items to prepare them for resale to the next customer and ensure our quality standards are adhered to.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Returns are not accepted on any and all electrical items, sorry no exceptions.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of On Sale items, or gift cards, or close out items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the return was accepted or not. If accepted, you’ll automatically be issued a HyperLite store credit for the value of the products minus any applicable fees.
