We discovered the FOCO brand exhaust systems on a test ride with some of our suppliers.  We were very impressed with the performance and also the lower sound level plus the super high-quality fit and finish.  The Foco system is affordable and offers a clear upgrade in engine performance with about a 10% increase in power. 

It incorporates a unique resonance chamber that helps with the low to mid-range performance and also does double duty to help quiet it down.  The FOCO exhaust offers a very nice tone along with excellent performance and comes highly recommended by our HyperLite Crew!   If you are looking for an affordable, high quality, performance exhaust - then this is it!

A complete high performance exhaust system for the Kawasaki KLX300R that entirely replaces the stock exhaust with a dyno tuned header pipe, performance mid-pipe, and anodized muffler plus all required mounting hardware.  This system sounds amazing, but is not obnoxiously loud, you've got to try it!!

This system is also much lighter than stock - by about 3lbs!  Cut some chub off the rear of your bike with this sweet, lightweight FOCO exhaust!

Please note - the actual FOCO muffler we offer appears somewhat different than the stock photo shown.  The body of the muffler is longer, and the FOCO decal is not present.  We will update with new photos of the muffler by late January.

Note: Although not mandatory, but to realize maximum performance and best running, we recommend pairing this exhaust system with our EJK Fuel Injection Tuner and Performance Intake Lid - both in-stock now or arriving soon.

The FOCO Factory video below does depict the exhaust on a CRF250F, but the sound and performance gains are very similar when using this version on the KLX300R model.  Enjoy!
