ATTENTION! - This is for a single BigGun muffler kit that was used briefly (under 50 miles) for testing by us.  It has no dents or wear but has been used on a bike and has some discoloration on the mid-pipe from heat and dirt.  It works fine in every way and is in great condition.  Included with this slip-on are 2 different versions of BigGun's DB killer inserts - one large (already installed) and 1 small one, along with a USFS screen style spark arrestor as well.  Everything is included in the box like it came from the factory plus the normally separately purchased inserts.  We are offering this one available test unit as a kit with the inserts and sparky at a very significant discount.  We have just one of these available, now that testing is done, and once it is gone - it's gone!  No returns or refunds on this item - all sales are final.  Please read below for the full normal product description.    

A very nice slip-on muffler for the KLX300 street models, used and endorsed by the crew here at HyperLite Moto!  Too much great info from BigGun, so here's the low down straight from the boys that build it:

This BigGun slip on muffler only fits the following Kawasaki motorcycles:
2021+ KLX300 Dual-Sport (street legal model with headlight, blinkers, speedo etc)
2021+ KLX300 SuperMoto (street legal model....)

This muffler will NOT fit the 2020+ KLX300R (off-road only dirt bike)

Important! - Running this BigGun muffler REQUIRES the use of our EJK tuner and performance KLX300 intake lid.  Failure to use the EJK will result in your engine running much too lean and running too hot as well.

We found that you will need to remove the soft gasket sleeve from the muffler end of your header pipe so that it fits well onto the Big Gun provided mid-pipe.  Use the stock Kawasaki clamp to cinch the joint tight.

Important - We strongly recommend running flush mount turn signals in the rear or use some kind of tail tidy that relocates the stock rear turn signals.  Without doing so you may run the risk of damaging the right rear turn signal from the hot exhaust coming out the end cap.  

Note: This exhaust is not EPA or Highway approved and is only for use on motorcycles in closed-course off-road competition.  In addition - This system is not ARB / CARB compliant and cannot be used in the state of California.
