A very nice slip-on muffler for the KLX300 street models, used and endorsed by the crew here at HyperLite Moto!  Too much great info from BigGun, so here's the low down straight from the boys that build it:

This BigGun slip on muffler only fits the following Kawasaki motorcycles:
2021+ KLX300 Dual-Sport (street legal model with headlight, blinkers, speedo etc)
2021+ KLX300 SuperMoto (street legal model....)

This muffler will NOT fit the 2020+ KLX300R (off-road only dirt bike)

Important! - Running this BigGun muffler REQUIRES the use of our EJK tuner and performance KLX300 intake lid.  Failure to use the EJK will result in your engine running much too lean and running too hot as well.  In addition - there is no allowance for an O2 sensor on the muffler, you will need to pull the sensor from your stock exhaust and mount it in a safe area. 

Note: This exhaust is not EPA or Highway approved and is only for use on motorcycles in closed-course off-road competition.  In addition - This system is not ARB / CARB compliant and cannot be used in the state of California.
