Kawasaki KLX300 Dual Sport & Super Moto Radiator Guards

Radiator guards are a must!  Have you ever priced out a new radiator?!  Count on spending hundreds of dollars for a new one from Kawasaki.  Tip overs, crashes, errant sticks and branches along the trail - all are easy ways an unprotected radiator can be bent, damaged or start to leak - ending your ride very quickly!

These radiator guards are proudly Made in the USA from 5052 high-grade aluminum and come with stainless-steel hardware.  The guards act like a brace and guard all in one.  Protecting the front from impact, the sides from crushing in a tip-over, and the rear section allows for the air to flow but braces the guard and keeps it from folding backwards in a crash.

Very nicely engineered kit with full-color step-by-step installation instructions included.  All mounting hardware and various pieces are included (not shown).  No modifications to the bike are required for 2021-2023 models.  A minor modification is needed to install on 2024+ models - see note in italics further below.  

Thes guards fit the following Kawasaki motorcycles:
2021+ KLX300 Dual Sport (street legal model with lights, NOT the R model)
2021+ KLX300 Super Moto (street legal model only)

Note - For customers with the 2024+ KLX300 DS or SM models - these radiator guards will fit and work exactly as designed.  To install them though - you will need to trim the oval shaped, thin raised rim of plastic molded into the backside of each (left & right) OEM plastic radiator shroud.  It can be easily accomplished with dikes or tinsnips etc.  In addition - for the same 2024+ bikes - we recommend using just one (printed instructions say two) plastic spacer for each forward/lower corner rad shroud mounting bolt.   

Note - These guards definitely will NOT fit the 2020+ KLX300R off-road use only, dirt bike.
