Honda CRF300F Engine Oil Cooler Guard

The oil cooler protector was designed to protect against impacts from stones, branches and tip-overs, preserving the integrity of the radiator and most importantly, the engine lubrication system.

Manufactured out of 2mm thick carbon-steel, with a Semi-Matte Black Epoxy Finish.

The design of the protector allows continuous air flow, prevents damage, and favors heat dissipation, maintaining thermal efficiency even in severe operating conditions.

The structure acts as a physical barrier without interfering with the operation of the radiator.

Straightforward installation - everything is included to mount.  Toggle thru media gallery to the last image for an instruction sheet.  Of note - the oil cooler line is called out to be disconnected and then reconnected after install.

2026+ CRF300F

Please Note: This oil cooler guard is typically not compatible with the right side grille of our CRF300F Engine Cooling Grille Set, and also permanently replaces the stock Honda OEM black plastic oil cooler grille that comes stock on the bike.
