New Release!!  Power to the People!!  Finally, an affordable performance exhaust upgrade specifically designed for the Honda CRF300F & CRF250F trail bikes!

This insert enhances the stock CRF power delivery.  It offers noticeably more torque and power in the low to mid rpm ranges, with also an ability to rev freer in the high rpm ranges as well. 

Designed and developed in-house and manufactured by our Bremer division in the USA!  Built using laser cut stainless steel throughout, Tig welded at all seams and joints, with a spark arrestor spec mesh for best and safest exhaust flow.

Lighter than stock by 1/3 pound.  Hand-crafted locally here in Vermont, with laser engraved logos as well.

For folks looking for an affordable exhaust upgrade that gives the very best low to mid-range torque of any exhaust - this is your solution.  We have been running these inserts with amazing results.  Excellent for technical trail riding, play riding, hard enduro, single track - anywhere you need tractable power, this is the solution.

In the grand scheme of things - there are 3 exhaust options for the CRF300F/250F:
1 - Stock exhaust, which is quite restrictive, but also very quiet.
2 - Full race exhaust - FOCO - amazing power, but the power is mainly focused on the mid to high-rpm range with a somewhat quick rev response.  Fairly loud and not the best solution for technical enduro riding.  Excellent for motocross, sand, or folks looking for maximum power though.
3 - This Bremer stock muffler insert:  Noise volume is roughly halfway between an open full race exhaust and the stock muffler insert.  Similar to stock noise output at idle, nice throaty performance tone on the throttle, louder than stock for sure, but not obnoxious.  Better throttle response from idle, more useable power and torque in the low to mid-range rpms - with no sacrifices elsewhere.  A slightly slower rev response (than a full open race exhaust) for better traction in slippery and hard terrain.  This is our in-house go-to exhaust for sure!

This Bremer exhaust insert fits the OEM Honda stock CRF300F muffler for all model years 2026+ and newer.  It will also now fit the 2019-2025 Honda CRF250F stock Honda muffler.  No electronic injection tuner is needed with either bike.

Although not required but do we do recommend running our Performance Intake Kit with this Bremer insert to realize the maximum performance gains possible.

Installation is very simple - remove the 3 bolts holding your stock end cap and remove it along with your stock insert and gasket.  Install the Bremer insert (while reusing the large OEM Honda gasket) with the small arrow facing up.  Reinstall the stock end cap bezel and 3 bolts.  Then Boom!  Instant horsepower!

Note - This product has not yet been USFS approved, but functions in every way like a spark arrestor would.
