These are very hard to come by, but a super cool product.  Used and endorsed by the crew here at HyperLite.  A replacement header pipe made of stainless steel with a powerbomb portion included.  This header pipe is an exact fit replacement for your stock header pipe and will fit perfectly into your stock Honda OEM muffler.  It offers slightly more power throughout the rpm range due to the fact that it has a smooth, constant diameter and radius bent pipe with no pinch points, kinks, or rough areas in any of the internal flow regions.   

It is also slightly lighter than the stock header pipe, and the sound level is very similar to the stock header - definitely not loud at all.  Super High Quality, Manufactured by FMF Racing and Made in the USA!

Included with the header pipe are clamps and brackets to mount the stock Honda exhaust heat shield to this header as an option (not required for install).

The redesigned PowerBomb is a four-stroke header that incorporates FMF’s patented PowerBomb module at a precise location in the initial stage of the header. By positioning this “Bomb” at a key point in the system, increased performance and flow is achieved through the expansion and contraction of exhaust sonics through the system. Result is a flow increase of nearly 10%! The outer chamber in the Powerbomb allows the air to expand, cool and ramp back up at a higher velocity. Additionally, the PowerBomb is a “pre-muffler” of sorts which helps to lower the bikes sound output by providing more sound absorbing surface area for the sound medium (exhaust gases).

Note: Although not required, but we do recommend running this header pipe with our Performance Intake Kit for max gains.
