Very limited availability - once these are gone, they are gone!  We manufactured a limited run of billet front axles for our in-house factory team and are offering a few of them for sale. 

Custom built to our specs, machined from billet 7075 T6 Aluminum and then hard-coat anodized in Red.  This front axle incorporates the right side axle spacer as well, so one less thing to fall on the ground and lose, plus easier assembly and disassembly too! 

This font axle kit will save a 1/2 pound of unsprung weight from your bike, offering better suspension performance and a lighter all around motorcycle weight as well.  

Kit includes new billet axle plus a new right side dust seal to accommodate our "spacer" diameter.  Other items in some of the pictures like the billet axle clamp are not included with this kit, but are offered separately on our website.

This product fits all years of the Honda CRF250F from 2019 to Present.

Note: We recommend reducing the torque on bolts threading into aluminum nuts by 20% to account for thread lubrication, variations in torque wrench calibrations, and to insure against pulling the aluminum threads.
