Protect your hands plus your bar ends, grips, and levers!  These are full wrap around composite hand guards manufactured in the USA by Cycra.  This is the ultimate kit for the very best hand protection in an extremely durable package.

Excellent design - very strong, will not break, but also flexible enough to have some give during impacts and will not magnify engine vibrations like aluminum or steel bark busters do.  Much lighter than steel/aluminum too for less effort during those long days on the trail in tight woods.  We have been using this exact style of bark busters for over 20 years!  Highly recommended by the crew here at HyperLite.

Very clean and secure mounting setup using special handlebar top clamps to secure the guards to the center area of the handlebars.  This is a much better design than the other method of adding clamps to the swept part of the handlebar, which typically rotates in a crash, and are difficult to align evenly side to side.  Yeah!  We are so done with that old style - this method we offer Rocks!!  

All mounting hardware and clamps are included in this kit - totally plug and play.  Installation instructions included.

You will need to choose your handlebar type when ordering these so that we can provide the correct bar mount clamp pieces.  For those using the stock Honda CRF250F handlebar or similar replacement bar - choose the 7/8 inch handlebar diameter clamp option.  For customers with our aftermarket triple clamps (Corona, NFS) or using a Fat Bar adapter - please choose the 1 1/8 inch handlebar diameter clamp option.

Clamps are manufactured from 6061 aircraft grade aluminum with 4 new stainless high strength mounting bolts included.  Clamps will work with our handlebar risers and risers/forward bar adapters.  Please use the clamp size that equates to your actual handlebar diameter.

Mounting brackets and all necessary hardware is included with each kit, in order to outfit one motorcycle.  Hand guards include aluminum and stainless handlebar end plugs and bolts, plus the bolts needed to mount the inner end of the guards to the bar clamps.
