A complete external oil cooling kit engineered specifically to fit the Honda CRF250F.

This oil cooler kit offers a modest increase your engine's oil capacity and a big benefit in engine/oil cooling for those hot days via the external oil radiator.  A very nice and well thought out kit with pre-bent and formed braided steel lines, a durable cooler with custom debris deflector, and reinforcement brackets all part of the package.  The cooler tucks away nicely behind the right OEM tank/side shroud and is well out of the way protected from tip over damage too.

Included in the kit are the oil lines, pre-assembled oil radiator with brackets and deflector all installed (picture shows them disassembled for clarity), all the crush washers, mounting hardware, a clutch cover gasket, plus custom machined and standard banjo bolts where needed.  Printed instructions are provided as well. 

Note: This kit requires the drilling, thread tapping, and surfacing of 2x M10 x 1.25 holes in your right-side outer clutch cover (OEM witness marks already outlined on the case from Honda).
