Very limited availability - once these are gone, they are gone!  We manufactured a limited run of billet rear axles for our in-house factory team and are offering a few of them for sale.  Tested tough for over a year, and engineered stronger and lighter than the OEM rear axles.

Custom built to our specs, machined from billet 7075 T6 Aluminum and then hard-coat anodized in Red.  Also included is an aluminum nylock nut, anodized in red.

This rear axle kit will save close to a 1/2 pound of unsprung weight from your bike, offering better suspension performance (less unsprung mass) and a lighter all around weight as well.  

Product comes as shown in first and second photos - axle and nut.  Third photo shows axle installed on our factory bike with other prototype and production parts.

This product fits all years of the Honda CRF250F from 2019 to Present.

Note: We recommend reducing the torque on bolts threading into aluminum nuts by 20% to account for thread lubrication, variations in torque wrench calibrations, and to insure against pulling the aluminum threads.
